01) Do you have any O/W (one way) fares?
       The O/W fares we have are only for repositioning ships. If you would like to utilize one portion of your ticket, you will still be charged $100.
02) If I’m traveling on a re-positioning ship and I pay for the round trip fee, can I use the other half for a future cruise?
       No. Now we offer one way fares for repositioning ships.
03) Do all motor coaches have overhead compartments?
       Not all motor coaches have overhead compartments.
04) Why ask for cell phone numbers?
       We would like to be in communication with our passengers, if we have to, on the days they are expecting to get our motor coach.
05) Will you cancel your service due to bad weather or when do you cancel your service on a ship run?
       Bus Company reserves the right to cancel buses due to weather/traffic/coach condition. If a customer purchased a ticket which the bus is canceled, a refund
       will be given.
06) If there are any delays with cruises, how are passengers notified and are schedules changed?
       We’re always prepared in case of any change in regular time schedules and all passengers will be notified of those changes via phone.
07) What happens if the coach breaks down during transportation and what happens if the ship is missed because of it?
       We’re proud to inform that Academy Bus has never missed a ship to date. Due to the nature of service there are always multiple buses en route to get
       passengers to their destination.
08) Do passengers tip the driver or the porter if there is a porter assigned to us?
       Tipping is to your own discretion.
09) Are children under 2 yrs old entitled to baggage without paying?
       Children under 2 yrs old are permitted to a small carry on. There will be a charge of any additional pieces of luggage.
10) What number do they call to contact us during their cruise on days we’re closed?
       Customers are encouraged to call (800)849-0200.
11) When can I make the ground transportation reservation for one of the cruise lines?
       If you have made your cruise reservation, you’re more than welcome to make the ground transportation. There is a 48 hour cut off time from the departure time
       of the cruise.
12) How many stops are there till I get to my destination?
       It all depends which route you are traveling on. Please visit our website for schedules.
13) Do I need a ticket to board the bus?
       We encourage passengers to print out their confirmations as their e-ticket and have it with them on the days they are traveling.
14) Are the prices quoted based upon round trip services?
       Yes, they are round trip fares.
15) How many pieces of luggage am I permitted to bring?
       Each ticket holder is permitted to bring one regular size suite case no more than 50 lbs and a small carry on. $20 will be applied for each additional piece for
       a round trip fare.
16) Is there parking at my pickup location and what’s the cost?
       Some pick up locations have parking and some don’t. Please call Academy Bus for more information.
17) Will break stops en route to destination be made?
       If a 10 minutes stop is included in the schedule, passengers are strictly responsible for returning to the coach on time.
18) How far in advance must I be at the stop? Will the driver be waiting for me if I’m late?
       Passengers should arrive 30 minutes prior to departing time. If passengers are late, drivers will call cell phone numbers that are on his/her manifest.
19) How can I make sure that I’m listed on the manifest for pick up?
       Once a reservation has been made, names of passengers are automatically placed on a manifest. Customers can call (800)310-0200.
20) What type of vehicle will I be traveling in?
       Not all routes are operated by Academy Bus. Some routes are subtracted to other motor coach operators, and may use mini-coaches or vans.
21) How can I cancel my trip?
       Call us to cancel your reservation. If you have not purchased a refundable ticket, you will not be issued a refund.
22) If I purchase the refundable ticket, up to when can I cancel and get a refund?
       You can cancel your reservation up to the last day of your cruise.
23) I’m an agent and would like to register to receive commission. How can I register?
       All agents are more than welcome to fill out the registration form located on our website,
www.enttours.com/register.aspx.
24) What is the commission rate for agents?
       The commission rate is 10%
25) Can I still get on the motor coach to go to a port or cruise ship that you don’t service?
       No. We provide transportation to passengers that are cruising only with the cruise lines we are contracted with or service.
26) Do all motor coaches have seat belts?
       No, not all coaches are equipped with seat belts.
